Dental Care for the housebound
Are you unable to attend the surgery?
For those who are housebound or have problems with mobility dental care is often neglected.
We understand the importance of regular oral health checks, even for patients who have none of their own teeth.
For this reason, we try to provide a service for those members of the community who are unable to get to a dental practice.
As some of our equipment is not portable, we are not able to offer the full range of dental treatment, which is available in the practice. We cannot, for example, take X-rays.
If you feel that you, or someone you know, would benefit from a home visit, it will help us to arrange a visit to you if you are able to complete the form below which will be sent to the practice. If this is not possible, we can check the details when we see you.
Our reception staff, will be happy to answer any questions you may have about home visits.
Please note that we are unable to give an accurate appointment time for home visits, due to the travelling time involved. If we are unable to provide the necessary treatment, we will try to arrange the appropriate referral.
